Desert Kingdoms units fully supported - Chariots work! Unit sizes, cavalry works properly etc.

Added shield wall to many DK units.

- Changed the normal stance, armies will now have a permanent debuffs in enemy territory to morale, upkeep and public order.

- Fortified stance now also spreads the army owners culture. (Still can't have fortified armies move, you have to unfortify move and fortify back up. Fortifying takes 50% of your movement points.)

- Changed Pergamon's colors. (I'm not sure this works... But it isn't really important just nitpick.)

- Some units were balanced (Still need to balance a few costs and upkeeps)

-Added effects for garrisoned armies. They now consume food and add some positive bonuses.

-Changed around fortification stance. Trying to make it so it is possible to move while fortified with 50% movement penalty.

-Changed some battle values. (Increased soldier mass 8%, increased unit radious 10%, increased time between attacks)
