Corrected issue with missing portraits.

Altered the trigger conditions for the different events governing the Hemospectrum civic's mechanics. Hopefully this makes certain issues with how it functions less common.

Utilizing the new 3.8 code for species classes, I have gotten rid of the custom Insectoid species class and added the troll portraits to the Arthropoid species class instead. This may break your saves, so be careful when updating.
