new condition for GrenadeTrap (throw/detonate), should prevent it from being initialized on units without the passive.
Needlepoint Rounds effect is now attached to pistol/sidearms instead of a bunch of specific abilites.
Changed all of the remaining random fire abilities from Grimy's voodoo to a new method that uses fewer gamestates and doesn't trigger redscreens.
Aching Blood's bonus now caps at 20 characters. This only comes into play if using a mod to increase maximum weapon nickname length.
Fixed a bug that was allowing Combat Scanner to apply the bonus crit chance effect even if the soldier didn't have Improved Scanner.
Changed MZFaceoff to be a bit less hacky.

Fixed a bug where capacitor discharge would disable weapons when the soldier has GrimyHostageProtocol instead of GrimySabotage.
Capacitor Discharge and Combat Protocol should no longer play weapon unaffected flyovers if you don't have GrimySabotage. (note: won't fix the other mod that can cause this, whatever it is)
Fixed RunningOnEmpty spamming passive icons instead of reloading your gun.

Added 2 new abilities - MZGrenadeTrap and MZGrenadeTrapStayConcealed

Effects that boost Aim (as a stat mod, not hitchance mod) no longer apply to PsiAim.
Ground targeting PsiAim abilities no longer ignore cover. this is a nerf, yes, but i'm not keen on them just being effectively gaurenteed hits at high ranks.

Fixed a bug that prevented Flame and Wind mana being generated with abilities with Ghost-Only focus costs, like Rend.

Modified the focus cost patcher to be able to handle multiple focus costs on one ability.
Now by default patches Exchange, Invert and BowRend.

Fixed Blood Spear and Abyssal Shot not getting any bonus damage due to an error in config.
Fixed Blood Spear using incorrect localization tags.
Fixed Fire Whip &co using the wrong animation on kills with replace_psiamps.
Changed the projectile of Evil Gaze to a new acid one.
Fixed BlisterShot not doing damage.
BulletRave can now apply holotargeting (if you have that ability)
Mana costs and restores should now work with Shiremct's Templar Focus, at the same rate as normal Templar Focus.
Fixed Clear Tranquil not applying on Mind Merge.
Disable now requires a mental hitcalc.

Fixed a bug that prevented most smoke bonuses from applying to units that have those abilities.
Fixed a bug that prevented TransposeDefense from applying to units with the ability.
Curse Grenades now have unique inventory icons (plasma grenades recoloured to reddish)
Entrench from ABB Perk Pack now counts for generating Earth Focus.
Changed large swaths of special attacks to no longer be useable while burning. Since burning is supposed to disable special attacks.
MZFaceoff now has configurable charges and cooldown. defaults to 2/3
Fixed MZAbyssalPistolShot being created with the wrong template name.
Corrected some mispellings.
Added Compatability with the Warlock's Crown mod Psiamp.
Voltaic Arc should no longer fire at civilians. like that guy you're trying to kidnap.
Fixed a bug that prevented Shield Stability from granting an increased aim bonus for point blank shots.
Fixed Fortress Smoke protecting against BlazingPinion instead of Explosion damage

Added 14 new abilities, mostly for shields.
