A massive update. Job logic fully rewritten. Now they can do anything associated with haul and clean jobs.

Also, updated Pawnmorpher patch.

Somewhat gamebreaking: cats that were already present won't be able to do anything beyound basic animal tasks. You can use development mode to spawn new ones as replacements.
