Tardis can now teleport onto walls and ceilings. Also the trace is now sent to the SWEP:Go function rather than just hitpos so I can grab more info from it, such as HitNormal.

Improved dynamic light, added little options menu just like the tardis has to turn off sound/effects. Also total code re-arrangement, optimising it and stuff.

TARDIS link now retained after weapon loss. This is done by moving all the variables onto the player itself rather than the weapon - which means it works in the TARDIS too by clicking to move to a set destination.
