Better support for TARDIS Rewrite[github.com]

You can now teleport and link to the TARDIS Rewrite just like you can with legacy. I've also added hooks for developers to override the prop protection checks. This fixes #2[github.com].

Added custom sonic support[github.com]

Also refactored more code, there's now a global table called SonicSD (similar to TARDIS global on rewrite) containing functions and variables outside the scope of a specific sonic.
