Well...
1) I managed with hair. I wanted to go into Blender and do it right, but I would ruin facial anims, so I didn't do that and sort of "fixed" them without Blender. Just changed "alphatest" on "translucent"
2) Added lightwarp texture (but I dunno if it make sense, go check and tell me)
