* Defined a default uniform for the crewmembersobff NPC, which should help alleviate any issues people were having with them not accepting a change of clothes.

Bug fixes:
* Whoops, I forgot a file. This didn't cause any issues, it just made it impossible for tenants to become the crewmembersobff NPCtype. If you were having trouble finding this NPCtype through normal gameplay, that should now be resolved.

+ Added some new rank titles for the NPC so they're more distinguished as partners rather than employees.

Note: This change, and likely any changes I make on this mod will not affect currently-spawned NPC's. Sorry about that! There's not really much I can do.
