I hate how i can't establish it unless the parking lot looks like a curled blanket and i don't ever see boats on any marines or other such things i try.

Fish doesn't work

This is a great looking asset, but unfortunately it seems to break the Park Maintenance Building in my city. With the asset placed the maintenance building keeps failing to send out trucks (0/10 -> 1/10 -> 0/10 -> etc...). Deleting the marina fixes the park maintenance truck routing problem.

Thank you, great work! Sorry I don't think it comes with the boats, but you can search on boat pack on the workshop.
