I cannot create form.
I cannot start the game.
The game turns off for no reason.
When choosing a pet name when creating a new character game turns off and does not display an error message.
Game turns off when you press "play".

Nie mogę uruchomić gry.

1. After removing the game we need to remove the remains of the game. Folder with the game folder with "save"(Save the game copy in a safe place. Only then remove).
2. Use CCleaner programs and/or KerishDoctor to clear register and remnants of the game (by the way we clean up some other junk).
3. Temporarily disable synchronization of the game with "Steam Cloud"
Right-click on the game in the library - properties - updates - uncheck Sync

1. Po usunięciu gry musimy usunąć pozostałości po grze. Folder z grą i save (Save z gry kopiujemy w bezpieczne miejsce. Dopiero wtedy usuwamy).
2. Użyj programów Ccleaner i/lub KerishDoctor aby wyczyściły nam one rejestr oraz pozostałości po grze (przy okazji wyczyści nam też inne śmieci).
3. Wyłącz na chwilę synchronizację gry ze "Steam Cloud"
Kliknij prawym przyciskiem myszki na grę w bibliotece - właściwości - aktualizacje - odznacz opcję synchronizacji

2. Create a new game and play. Everything works? Great, now we can download the game on Steam.

Pamietaj, po przeniesieniu save robisz jego kopie i dopisujesz .restore (na przykład Silemq_{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}.svb zamieniamy na ilemq_{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx}.restore )

Thank you for appreciating the guide. Thank you for writing your solution. In my case, when admin mode is enabled, the game will not start. Now we know that some people help it :)

I fixed it already, thanks for the response though! good guide

i went to the area where torchlight 2 was located, and i made the .exe compatible for my os, and ran it in administrator.

Check if:
1. unchecked in administrator mode.
2. whether the compatibility of the system is unchecked.
3. Is the demo version (downloaded from the official site) working properly?

The last option is to write to support the game.
I only described step by step the solution that worked for me.
There are many factors that can influence. Unfortunately, I'm not so good at technical matters, I do not know to think why this solution does not work for you. The only thing I can do more to do is update:
-directx
-Graphics Card
-vc redist
-or use the Driver Booster (the program itself finds necessary updates) which is also available for steam.
