3 years later, and I finally found out what to do, apparently if anyone didn't know, there is a lever on the fuel tanks (near the area where you get your space suit) and all u do is pull it, stupidest ♥♥♥♥ ever, after 3 years. After that just proceed to the elevator and get on the rocket.
