now with rebels!

after putting it off for a while i finally made the citizens and refugees for the leak-styled-stuff collection. for right now there is only citizens, refugees, cheaple, and rebels but corpse01 will be added soon.

you guys do not understand the torture i went through trying to align their back logo.

anyway the collection is almost complete, we're like 75% there. the 3 things left will be for the strider, the barnacle, and finally some map materials and textures might be made (like styling the combine metal textures after their 2002 aesthetic and making the grass texture more yellow and dried out, similar to how it looked in the leak.)

features and changes:

- citizens are based off of their design from mid-2002 with the dark blue jacket and brown pants.

- refugees are based off the 2003 citizen design with the tan shirt and brownish-tan pants.

- all citizens have the 2003 citizen logo on their back.
