If you deinstall it and reinstall it, they are working together. But if you start the game again there is the bug I described.
Maybe you can have a look at it, if you have time for this. I would expect that both work together from the code side.
Maybe you can find some good code in the other mod that is more compatible with other mods and you can copy that architecture.
Or maybe the other mod makes a problem by its own.
I can't tell which case matches.

The Tab Mods is displayed correctly
If you click it, the UI does not change the View
- the cursed status gets correctly applied now - in the past the stats didn't changed for cursed items and weapons
