Beskrivning

Fixes an annoying glitch where scroll wheel inputs are polled incorrectly in menus, causing scroll inputs to be frequently ignored, especially at high framerates.

THANK YOU. i found this out while making my own mod and was told by Slime_Cubed he noted it down but nothing came out from that, at least not yet

I've found that this doesn't work for any scroll boxes in the pause menu, notably Warp Menu. Scrolling appears to be completely non-functional in this context
