As a general rule, only minor graphical or localization edits are both Ironman- and achievement-safe. This mod, like many overhauls, breaks the checksum on startup—so you won’t get achievements. Ironman, however, can still be enabled with any mod, if that’s what you were asking.

Parameswara, believed to be the last king of the old kingdom of Singapura, ruled from 1389 to 1398 before fleeing after a Majapahit attack and founding Malacca in 1402. Modern Singapore didn’t come into existence until 1819, when it was established by the British under Stamford Raffles as a trading post.
Maybe you can add someone else’s Singapore mod to it, or I might include something down the line after a few updates — we’ll see, but I can’t promise anything. I’m pretty occupied and doing all this for free.
