RL30 Vanilla Caboose Pack

In 1 collection by KingNathantheIII
Official RL30 Collection

Description
These narrow gauge cabooses (cabeese?) are modeled in RL30 scale, meaning they run on 30in gauge at the default Rolling Line scale. As such, these are compatible with anything that runs on the in-game checkrails.

This pack of North American, turn-of-the-century narrow gauge cabeese and combines so far only comes in lengths of 24ft and 15ft. Each car has dynamic road numbers and configurable reporting marks, as these models are all UV'd to a sheet of color squares. Every 28ft car has 2 light toggles for end and side fenestration, and the 15ft bobbers have toggles for just end fenestration. These cars have also been outfitted with more interior details in preparation for Rolling Line Multiplayer.

In the future, I plan on updating this pack with more types of cabeese and crummies. In the meantime, please feel free to re-paint and kitbash these cars!

Now, I know that the RL3 rolling stock probably won't be coming for a while, but are there any plans for what kind of locomotives and cars it will have?

I'm gonna add some skeleton cars plus a log bunk flatcar spec to my rolling stock pack. I completely forgot them in the first round of modeling since I was just modeling stuff for my urban switching layout

Log cars when?

Yup, there's just not any furniture in the flat roof one right now.

Can I walk in the interiors?

i like how your making some of the train designs from your scrap mechanic collection. i used to love the models until i stopped playing scrap mechanic. but my all time favorite was the mallet. and that electric one and i hope this old series continues! loving what your doing so far.
