[FX] Green Environment Fire (No Screen conflict)

Green Fire Color replaces environment? Barrel, Engine, Explosion, Weapon, Screen, etc.

Note - This is made to be compatible with using a different color type or Molotov FX mods, such as using other mods or stock, while still having the green fire environment FX equipped ; barrels explosion, burning areas, etc.

Example 1 : [FX] Green Environment Fire + [FX] Green Fire Molotov only
Example 2 : [FX] Green Environment Fire + [FX] Green Burn + Pink Molotov
Example 3 : [FX] Green Environment Fire + Pink Fire Molotov FX
Example 4 : [FX] Green Environment Fire + Default/Others
