Leg shot stumble

Description
Common infected may stumble when hit in the leg by bullets while running, performing a shove during their stagger animation will instantly kill the infected.

The stagger chance depends on:
• Weapon damage
• Infected's running speed (faster = higher chance)
• Infected's remaining HP

Works on local servers.
