描述
A simple immersive Minecraft Health Bar that features different hearts depending on the HP level.

Including Features:
- Gold Hearts: Appears when using Adrenaline or Pills in both Yellow and Green HP (40-100HP)
- Hardcore Hearts: Appears when HP is drop down to Red (25HP)
- Withered Hearts: When at down state and also appears when taking Adrenaline or Pills while at Red HP (25HP)
- A small animation for different HP States
- It also includes for your team's health bar
