Script that blurs screen behind Spawn Menu when it's open.

ConVar: just delete addon to disable xd

This addon just blurs the screen when Q is held down, it doesn't actually check whether the spawnmenu is open or not. It won't work if you press F1 to keep the menu open, and it also won't work if you bound a different key to open the spawnmenu.

Could you make this compatable with simple spawnmenu toggle? You don't have to but I think it would be nice.
