Hey look, I'm doing this thing again. This time it's just me, though - just my plain ol voice reading out the announcements with as much emphasis as I felt necessary. The result is fun.

update 1:
in retrospect, i was not happy with my performance on this mod, so i re-recorded all the voice lines, and also added ep1 and ep2 stuff while i'm at it. it should now sound more serious & urgent in hl2, broken & desperate in ep1 and cold & hollow in ep2.

this does not affect the subtitles. some other mod is breaking them.
