Unlock NEW GAME + MODE.


This can be achieved by completing the game at least ONCE on any difficulty. The STILLNESS ENDING is dependant on one of the original endings being already achieved (See specific ending for more details).

My advice is play-through it on any difficulty you feel comfortable with the first time, depending on your experience with the Silent Hill Series. Take your time, get lost in your first play-through. It's an amazing game and that first play-through is an unforgettable experience.

STILLNESS ENDING

REQUIREMENTS:To achieve the STILLNESS ENDING you must start up a NEW GAME + and have already achieved the IN WATER ending on a previous playthrough.

STEP 1:
Upon entering Silent Hill you wanna head towards the town until you reach some log piles, where you will find a new item, THE CHAINSAW, you MUST pick this up in order to get this ending.



STEP 2:
After picking up THE CHAINSAW, head down to the Auto Garage, find the key and continue as normal until you reach the bridge just after the gate you unlock, pass under the bridge through the gate, as you exit you will see a GREEN CAR parked on the left.



STEP 3:
Smash the window in the image below and you will get the option to pick up THE KEY OF SORROW.



STEP 4:
From here it's a pretty relaxed journey, just playthrough the game as normal until you reach the LAKEVIEW HOTEL OTHERWORLD. From here you wanna head through until you reach the MANAGERS OFFICE where the DYING MANNEQUIN is. Turn around and you will see a WOODEN SAFE.
Use THE KEY OF SORROW and on the rotational lock enter the CODE 3-1-4.



STEP:5
Upon opening the safe take the item inside (I will let you experience the rest...). Now proceed with the game until you reach the final cutscene. This will grant you the STILLNESS ENDING.

REQUIREMENTS: To achieve the BLISS ENDING you must start up a NEW GAME +, NO specific endings are required for this one.

STEP 1:
Play normally through the game until you reach the scene where you meet MARIA at ROSEWATER PARK, from there pull out your map and head to the BOWL-O-RAMA.

STEP 2:
Enter the BOWL-O-RAMA and behind the SERVING COUNTER you will find a SAFE in one of the pigeon holes. Interact with the SAFE and enter the CODE 1-8-8-7. This will give you the RUSTED KEY.

STEP 3:
Continue playing until you reach 1F BROOKHAVEN HOSPITAL.

During the puzzle where you are collecting BRACELETS. You will come across the GARDEN. Look out for a GAZEBO to the North West. Enter and you will find a SMALL CHEST, which you can use the RUSTED KEY on.

Inside this CHEST you will find WHITE CLAUDIA.


STEP 4:
Continue playing through the game right up to the moment where you enter ROOM 312 at the LAKESIDE HOTEL, before inserting the VHS TAPE open your inventory and CONSUME the WHITE CLAUDIA.

Enter the tape and you have UNLOCKED the BLISS ENDING (My new favourite!)

These 2 new endings brought a lot of new interesting theories to the game, I hope this was helpful!
