They are quite "Floppy" and the structure of the bones usually bugs or acts in a very unrealistic way, I recommend using these two addons and configuring them in your own way

Why do the ragdolls go flying and squirming around? (It looks like a mess of human, blood and my pc heating up to bad temperatures)
