Well... Kinda?

Hello again people, its me. today I'm doing something i thought i'd Never ever do. I am going to Begin uploading TO&W/ST&G/whatever other fictional i work on, to the workshop.

If you haven't heard of the TO&W, from what i seems its one of the most requested and know fictionals to exist recently on rolling line.

The TO&W is a "Class one" railroad, with its origins started all the way back in the 1880's, falling apart in the 2001. the vast majority of its roster got sold assorted railroads and leaser company. one of these leasing company's were HLCX
These units could be seen running on shorelines found across the nation as-well as Mexico.
