Restored Grenade Worldmodel (Replacement)

Apparently the thrown grenade was supposed to use its own unique texture, for years the model was fullbright due to what many assumed was either a error or gameplay adustment to make it easier to see in the dark, however in the HL2 repo there was a texture intended for the weapon worldmodel unused with a proper alpha channel that's supposed to make the light glow, this isn't present on the item version of the texture which is why the model is fullbright unmodified.

This merely restores the texture in question with minor edits to the vmt filepath to make use of this texture instead, thus this is compatible with model adjustment's that don't make use of it's own vmt file.
