Legacy of Horde

- Objectives of This Mod :

1. Addition of variety to play style of Altai and Tatar horde nations.

2. Especially, considering increased difficulty of Tatar horde play after 1.35 Ottoman rework, more rewards awaits for Tatar hordes - If they can survive and expand enough to achieve conditions of newly added decisions.


- What has been added and modified :

1. Rework of Altai and Tatar hordes : new horde government mechanic 'Tanistry' - monthly decrease by total developments of your nomadic empire and increase by your ruler's military skill. It's reset by ruler's death. At low Tanistry, Tribes' influence get bigger and their loyalty get weakened.

2. After all those hardships from Tanistry and attrition of 900 reform progress, you can finally settle down - not completely, though - and can enact newly added government reforms and decisions. Now you can maintain benefits of steppe horde and at the same time can benefit from new government reform tree and estates.

3. Now formation of Mongol Empire do not dismantle EoC anymore.

4. Now formation of Golden Horde or Mongol Empire do not require being nomad and you can maintain the benefits of becoming them (especially for Mongol Empire) even after you transform to other types of government systems.
