Psychometry is one that I do feel when I don't take it, so I'm really surprised to see its description here. It's the thing you didn't mention, learning the recipe of any tech you can look at directly (not in someone else's inventory) without focusing Int or risking item destruction. One example; you can can make almost all grenades (including Mk III for most) without any investment beyond this mutation and a Calling, including spammable (but friendly-fire) Lv 3 Time Dilation if you have access to the [2] bits carried by Issachar riflers.
If you prefer more dakka, you can also get a bit of Burgeoning using Issachari and Deploy Turret, though you can't craft in combat itself.
