Starlight River features...
Stunning and unique multi-phase bosses, challenging encounters, tons of unique weapons for every class, a dynamic and in-depth approach to buildcrafting, and tons of secrets.
Will you walk the path countless shattered civilizations left behind? Will you harness the energies that destroyed them? Will you claim Starlight and make it your own? Will you find the Armillary? Will you unravel the weave of fate? Or will you be forgotten, lost in the space between constellations?


Now releasing as an Open Alpha...
We're looking to get as much feedback as possible from our amazing community to help us continue driving the mod higher and higher towards its eventual full 1.0 release.
You can treat this as, by all intents and purposes, a playable release build. Just be aware that bugs are likely, and we're still working on a lot of content! We're doing this primarily so that we can expand the scope of our testing, and quickly polish and fill in the gaps in the coming months with the valuable feedback our community gives us.


Warning:
Like all content mods, Starlight River is best experienced as the main focus of a modpack. Do not report balance inconsistencies or progression skips when played with other large mods.
This is an open alpha release. Everything here is subject to change.

Like our fellow car said bellow, disabling the Heat Distortion truly helped, the bug has stopped. Thanks Ford F-250

Tested it a bit with my friend to find a fix to the bug. couldnt narrow down which setting it was out of these few but its probably heat distortion. I was able to move in the biome without freezing while he did so i figured it was fixable.

Disable Heat Distortion, Storm effects, waves quality, and windy environment.

its one of those settings causing the issue but again i wasnt able to fully test with my friend.

Hello everyone, I’m writing in the hope that someone had a similar problem, I have a character EXACTLY a character in the vicinity of some structures, like a glass subbiome in the desert or whatever it’s called or something like that, it just gets stuck, pauses, along with this mod there is Calamity, maybe it’s the problem with addons? or is this a standard bug?

2.9.2 update created an issue where upon entering the Vitric Desert Biome, the Player will freeze, yet the game will continue on. The menu/map cannot be opened at that time

I cant beat the aurorcale, i get him down the 4558 and suddenly he stops taking any sort of damage, ive tried waiting it out too see if its just apart of the phase but its not. I'm on master mode if thats important, is there ANY way to fix this?

In reference to what was posted below, I believe you need to pass a 2nd argument to SubworldLibrary.Call(), being Modloader.GetMod() now. I don't know when it changed, it no longer accepts only a single arg for SubworldSystem.AnyActive

Otherwise it will spam the console with the below error and easily cut your FPS in half from spamming it 50+ times a second approxmately.

This mod just by being enabled with the Subworld Library mod, spams errors in the log: "[Main Thread/ERROR] [SubworldLibrary]: Call error: at SubworldLibrary.SubworldLibrary.Call(Object[] args) in SubworldLibrary.cs:line 964Index was outside the bounds of the array." causing some lagging but no other problems

It's really weird, not sure if it's a bug or incompatibility
