[OFS] Drakkar Scout Craft

Lore:
The Drakkar was first meant to be an exploration ship for the frontier worlds. However, OFS engineers being OFS engineers, they slapped a ton of guns on the ship and it became a bit heavily armed for a simple "exploration ship". The ship was reclassified as a scout craft and as soon as it got into production, it met an immense success. The ship was true to OFS reputation: cheap, well armed and able to fill a variety of roles, from scouting to light attack as well as liaison and exploration. The Drakkar has since then been upgraded multiple times to keep its place as the go-to light craft for militias, privateers and outlaws, although OFS denies this last part.
