You cannot change your E-Mail Adress on the main site.

So the only way to change your E-mail Adress is over this sites:

New Account management site: https://www.wbplay.com
New Shop site: https://www.wbshop.com/
New Support site: https://support.wbgames.com

We recently upgraded WBshop.com to a new shopping platform. Since all passwords are encrypted for your security, we weren't able to transfer your password to the new shop. If you created your account before January 30th, 2018, you'll need to reset your password by clicking the Forgot Password link. Thanks for your understanding, and welcome back!


Simply login with your WBID - you can view this in game under options.
Your WBID is your E-Mail Adress and your choosen Password.

Than go to "Manage Profile" and Change your E-Mail Adress.
You need to set a First and Last Name and your Country.
Than klick on "Submit Changes"


Done.
Thats all =)

I think the WB Play ID doesn't exist anymore , It's Warner Bros Games now

I used to have it connected to a miss spelled email that I set in 15" but i recently boot up a few days ago and it was completely wiped, this may be comforting to some if nothing here works

My WBID just doesn't work on wbshop but work everywhere else, so It's doesn't work for me unfortunately...

No its not a steam thing. Open your eyes ....... your WB ID is not inside the Menu it is at the "background" when you view the options.

This is weird, I enter the menu "Help & Options". On the same menu there are five more to choose: 1st: "How to play" 2nd "Settings" 3 ° "Conection settings", 4 ° "Credits" and finally: 5 ° "legal text". I shearch all options and don't have any information about WBID or counter. Is that use steam? or is there any specific method to find the data E-mail in the game?
