Back up the file
Find the below sections for each of the armor parts (VFEP_WarcasketHelmetBase, VFEP_WarcasketArmorBase, VFEP_WarcasketShoulderPadBase)

For example the main armor (VFEP_WarcasketArmorBase) stat modifiers read as below

<PsychicSensitivity>-1</PsychicSensitivity>
<MentalBreakThreshold>-0.20</MentalBreakThreshold>
<Flammability>-1</Flammability>

<SlaveSuppressionOffset MayRequire="Ludeon.RimWorld.Ideology">0.3</SlaveSuppressionOffset>
Add the line below directly after the last modifier for each part
<VacuumResistance MayRequire="Ludeon.RimWorld.Odyssey">0.6</VacuumResistance>
Do the same for the other parts total should add up to 1.0 for 100% vac resistance.

If it's indeed true that Rimsort svcks and Rimpy still rules, then someone should take over development of Rimpy. In the meantime, I'm going to give Rimsort a try.

Rimpy is no longer being developed or updated.
It would be best to switch over to Rimsort.
The "Dreadnought Funeral" option isn't just missing, it apparently isn't loaded anywhere into the game.
It's 100% in my modlist and rimpy *says* it's working but the reality is, it just isn't.
