Ecto-1 Siren Sound (Racecar Escape)

This mod adds the Ecto-1 Siren Jimmy's escape sounds, to go along with the Ecto-1 mod.
I separated the sound from the model because I myself would not want to use a siren during a zombie apocalypse, but some people want it. so here it is.

The sounds of the C1M4 escape are properly paul-stretched, while the sound in C6M3 has a doppler effect added to it.
Because immersion.
