Armok's Assorted Mod Fixes and Tweaks

This mod basically fixes a bunch of bugs and other snafus done by other mods as well as making other minor tweaks for one reason or another, this only touches mods I personally use and a couple others, so I likely won't be accepting any suggestions for other mods to fix though. It's worth noting that this mod will not cause any issues when without any of the supported mods below.

• New Farmables: Hemp for Plant Fibre
  (Fixes a typo with the Glitch scan description)
  
• Racial Kitchen Counters
  (recipe fixes)
  
• Letheia Expanded
  (adds Hylotl Letheia employees, also fixes the legion legs a bit)
  
• Reconstruction Core
  (fixes a typo with the reconstruction core item)
  
• Adventurer’s Addons: Loot, Treasure, and Equipment Expanded!
  (fixes a bug with how the tier of loot the player would receive from some of the loot bags would be a tier below the planet they were on.)
  
• Starbound Weapon Overhaul Complete
  (fixes some improperly colored sprites and changes the solarium longsword/shield to violium versions)
  
• Stolte Inc. Energy Weapons
  (fixes an improperly colored sprite)
  
• Less Dead Moons
  (fixed a typo with the MPI description of its dungeon)
  
• Better Ships - Elithian Ships
  (fixes how this mod breaks the placement of trink ship doors in trink dungeons)
  
• Customizable Shuttlecraft
  (corrects tier of crafting station the maintenance bay is crafted at, typo fixes, adjustment to Cultist pilot NPC)
  
• More Outpost Objects
  (some minor grammatical fixes for some of the more prevalent items of the mod)
  
• Peglaci Rebirth
  (fixes a throwable in the mod that was both missing a sprite, and its own name + description)
  
• Give the avian oculemonade
  (Some grammatical fixes/additions)
  
• Anvil Mechs
  (Corrects the rarity of the various mech parts added by this mod, they shouldn't stick out like a sore thumb)
  
• Racial Drones
  (Tweaks description of Vanguard drone to better match its likely Letheia origins)
  
• Imm's Things
  (fixed a broken recipe)
  
• Elithian Races Mod
  (fixes some typos with the Trink protectorate set)
  
• The NostOS Race
  (typo fixes, enables an unused overlay sprite for the NostOS ship chair, sprite and recipe fixes)
  
• Item Frame
  (replaces item frame crafting table sprites with better ones)
  
• Elithian Races Addon: Tormentor
  (fixes incorrect icon and description)
  
• Race Banners Redux
  (description tweaks for certain vanilla race banners)
  
• Protectorate Furniture
  (tweak to make Protectorate Tree crafted at wooden workbench instead of cluttering the hand crafting menu)
  
• Magnificent Moths
  (removed excess color from codices)
  
• SinCo. Mech Parts - UNSTABLE
  (weapon sfx fixes)
