I've also made some minor tweaks as follows:
* When you left click to create a new outfit, special filters (tainted, biocoded, etc), quality, and hitpoint percentage will be inherited from the current outfit.
* Right click to save will now update the current policy, rather than making a new one. This means if your pawn has some policy like "Soldier" selected, all pawns assigned to "Soldier" will now receive the update.
A bunch of legacy code has also been removed.

One of those really solid mods that just clears away an annoying aspect of micromanagement
the button is right next to it.
