When the game still doesn´t start try to run it from the .exe file inside the game folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\FlatOut Ultimate Carnage
(Fouc.exe & Launcher.exe & LiveUpdateLauncher.exe)

Run it as Administrator for the first time !

@Cliffy what if Flatout Ultimate Carnage isnt in that folder? it won't start as well... Please help.

Cliffy, danke, das war der entscheidende Tip. Go to Steam\steamapps\common\FlatOut Ultimate Carnage\support and start the "XLiveRedist01.02.0241.00" (you have maybe another version) Works 100% at windows10. Hat sofort funktioniert.

Uploaded.net is refusing downloads to anyone but premium users, even registered free users. But ---the direct download still works--- even though none of the Microsoft support pages exist anymore, apparently the file is still at the same url on the server.

And "my game wont start" isnt a very hughe explanation about ur issues
