描述
When you have a lot of settlements, it becomes annoying to constantly hover over desired upgrade building level.
As there is no choice between what to upgrade, it does bring a question: why is it not in the base game?

It is working mostly with the main building in the city, and not secondary ones.

When you click to open up the second picture, you're cancelling it. You shouldn't click a second time, the first time should start building the next tier.

I can't make it work... when i click to the upgrade it starts, but when I click back like in the 2nd picture, it gets undone.... How can I make it work ? Am I doing something wrong??

@Elkstone you don't need to write this mod with co-op in mind. It just simulates user clicks.
