Slightly Improved Underwater Shader

Beskrivning
A personal edit I made for the underwater warping effect. Specifically, it uses the newer real-time refraction (_rt_waterrefraction) introduced in EP2, slightly increases the refract amount (.04 to .07), and changes a few other things as well. It doesn't look terribly different in screenshots but the difference is a lot more noticeable in-game (being an obsessive weirdo about water effects like me probably helps).

Also available for Half-Life 2!

is this just making your weapon look like its actually underwater because other than that i literally agree with corvus
