Frackin' Universe - Ship Crafting Table Audio Restoration

Ever noticed that the Ship Component Assembler's audio is almost impossible to hear?

As it turns out, that's actually an intended feature. According to some of the developers who work on Frackin' Universe, it was due to the fact that the sounds were found to be incredibly annoying. Which is fair, I can't blame them for that. However, my immersion is at stake, so, being the modding man that I am, I had to fix it.
