Combine High Commander (PM,NPC)

Description
This addon adds a model to the Alliance Ground Forces commander.
For playing on RP servers in the Half-life 2 universe (not Lore).
To create this model, I took as a basis the concept art that you can see in the pictures.

Update - added npc.

Creators:

d'Anjou, Legend - original models and textures.
Me - collected and retexture.

could you make a pm edit option where you could remove the cape pls. i love the cape but the clipping issue is getting old
