Phase 1: Download this.

Phase 2: Download the addon Lethal Necrotics Reanimated: Half-Life 2.

Phase 3: Launch your Gmod game.

Phase 4: Click the folder LNR Misc. in the NPC spawn menu.

Phase 5: Press the "Random Playermodel Zombie" button. It will spawn one random zombie SNPC based on your downloaded playermodels.
