[L4D2] Survivor Death Animations

Have some fun with floating, wall-protruding death animations in the style of L4D2!
Includes a working defibrillator!

Most of this does not need L4D2 installed and mounted, except the listed features that require L4D2.

Features:

1. Death animation which replaces player ragdolls, in case you didn't know what it does.
   
2. Change survivor animation your corpse uses.
   
3. Keep velocity on corpse. (CVAR-changeable)
   
4. Support with the [wOS] Last Stand addon!
   
5. Ragdollize animation on a timer! (CVAR-changeable)
   
6. Flamethrower someone and watch their body turn to charcoal! (CVAR-changeable)
   
7. First-person view of your corpse! (CVAR-changeable)
   
8. Working defibrillator, with Materials and Sound!!

Features that require L4D2:

• L4D2 death sounds upon dying! No, not the ones that get spammed a lot in the games.

I have not been maintaining this mod for a long time, and likely won't come back to it again.

  Toggles addon.

• sv_l4d2_respawn_remove_body 1/0
  Remove corpses of a player when they respawn.
  
• sv_l4d2_body_ragdoll_timer 0/100
  Control timer of animation-to-ragdoll death style. 0 = Disable, 100 = Max Limit. (Defib will not work on ragdolls)
  
• sv_l4d2_body_keepvelocity 0/1
  Keep velocity on corpse from player. (Horizontal movement is slowed to prevent cases like speeding across the map from a very high fall)
  
• sv_l4d2_defib_time 0/100 (default: 3)
  Set the time, in seconds, of when the defibrillator successfully finishes.
  
• sv_l4d2_defib_alive_prevent 1/0
  Prevent the defibrillator from reviving alive players.
  
• sv_l4d2_physgun_pickup 0/1
  Toggle picking up dead bodies with the physgun.
  
• sv_l4d2_body_burn 1/0
  Makes players unrevivable if they were previously covered in flames.
  
• sv_l4d2_death_scream 0/1
  Toggle death sounds for clients.

Clientside:

• cl_l4d2_body_camera 0/2
  Snap the dead person's camera to the corpse. 0 = None, 1 = Third-Person Follow, 2 = First-Person Eyes
  
• cl_l4d2_defib_body_camera 0/1
  Snap camera to animated body while performing defib-related actions.
  
• cl_l4d2_defib_flash 0/1
  Toggle white flash upon getting revived from death.
  
• cl_l4d2_body_animation 0/7
  Which survivor animation to use. (0 = Nick, 1 = Rochelle, 2 = Coach, 3 = Ellis, 4 = Bill, 5 = Zoey, 6 = Francis, 7 = Louis)
  
• cl_l4d2_death_scream -1/8
  Which survivor hurt sound to use. (-1 = None, 0 = Nick, 1 = Rochelle, 2 = Coach, 3 = Ellis, 4 = Bill, 5 = Zoey, 6 = Francis, 7 = Louis, 8 = Randomized)

As usual, characters that use different bone definitions (most commonly have a different skeleton) don't work with this, so they'll T-Pose or glitch out horribly.

Just a heads up, if this addon doesn't work for you, check the console variables. If there's nothing wrong with the cvars, disable some addons that you think may be conflicting. If nothing else works, restart the game.
