A gallery of examples showing what each random map script included with the game typically generates. Each section shows two in-game map images from 6 player FFA games and two from 3v3 Team Together games. Great for selecting which random map script to use for any kind of skirmish mode matches. Includes notes describing any special features/attributes of each map.

Thanks a bunch for the hard work. To me, the definitive map type is Capricious. I don't like all the water in some maps.

Many of the newer maps aren't as varied or good so I don't feel like adding them. You can load them up a few times in the scenario editor to see what kind of map they generate though.

Indeed, every game that has a map selection, be it an FPS, RTS or whatever else, always, ALWAYS, please show a preview of the map so that people don't have to learn it by name!
