tested it a few times, first noticed it with amalgamation classes using XpanD's Amalgamation Console commands, who figured out that the error seems to be in the RebuildSelectedSoldier Command since he is calling it in ApplyClass.
I'm using a mostly unchanged Odd season 9 modlist, only changed some amalgamation classes, the scroll speed mod and removed MEC's for modular sparks.

Unit probably shouldn't have 84 hp, 112 will and 348 aim.
A new command was added, ResetSelectedSoldiersClass, that resets everything as before when this is needed/desired.
Really gamebreaking if you modify your soldiers a lot or the class mod author updates.
A temporal fix would be using the SetSelectedSoldierStat command and manually change to the original values after the Rebuild. But still the XP gain, i dont know how to fix that.
