FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT IS TREASON PUNISHABLE BY TERMINATION.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FALLING FLAMINGO grants YOU (referred to as "YOU") a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to (a) read this, (b) not read this, and (c) obey the FALLING FLAMINGO.

2. LICENSE CONDITIONS
YOU may not rent, sell, lease, sublicense, distribute, assign, copy, give, take, in any way reassign in whole or in part a FLAMINGO, it's equipment, or any other fixed or free-standing aviary residing within without express instruction from FALLING FLAMINGO. YOU may not modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise explore FLAMINGOS. YOU do not have the right to, and may not, not obey FALLING FLAMINGO.
YOU understand FALLING FLAMINGO, in it's sole discretion, may modify or discontinue your right to access any of it's services or use of FLAMINGOS at any time, and it or its agents may at any time demote, censure, medicate, or terminate YOU.

3. TERMINATION
YOU may be terminated. Termination is punishable by summary execution. See owner's manual.
