I was playing Battlefield and wanted to clip something. When i looked at the recording the audio from my microphone was EXTREMELY LOUD and crackly, the only words i could hear is when i said something loud enough in the recording. I tried clipping with the microphone set to not record (in the steam recording settings) and the audio was fine. In discord no one complains of my microphone and even in steam voice settings when I playback my microphone to test it I sound fine.

according to my testing it seems like the problem has to be in steam recording itself but i cannot figure it out. if anyone has had this problem and know of a solution please let me know
