After any update always double check your settings, I've had cloud re-enabled, every notification option re-enabled, and other settings returned to the default 'on' after few updates.

Also, if you used the 'Clear Download Cache' button, that will default 'on' many settings too.

Yeah I do check, and at that point i've already come online.
Every time I initiate my system I browse the settings before anything else and yet I've still been let down.
Solution would be to disable network and launch steam anyways then go to settings, but that's a bit annoying and tedious.
