The fact that skin changers are considered cheats is so old and well-known, it's practically rocket science to know that you get wet in the rain.

If ONLY there was some sort of WAY to check if that was true.. some sort of ehm.. searching ehm website engine perhaps? some sort of thingy where you could type in "do skin changers cause vac bans?" and then some sort of artificial intelligence would be like:
