Not getting steam emails
I have no idea why but im not getting any authenticator emails from steam. i get emails when i purchase a game, and when i ordered my steam deck. But i cannot sign into my deck because im not getting emails! ive tried to use the moblie app, but still need an email to confirm its me, ive tried to put my phone number on, but again still need an email. im not receiving any and i have tried steam support but havent gotten a reply

Hmm. Might be Steam, might be there is something going on between them and your email provider like some internet issue.

What is your email provider and did you check your junk folder?

i use outlook/hotmail and only the last few weeks have had issues, i did check my junk and cleared all emails i dont need incase space was an issue for why it wasnt coming through(had that before). Our wifi isnt the greatest but ive tried resetting the wifi and using data

Yeah, I tried to find some way to have Steam send me an email. But, I didn't find an easy way to do so. And due to the market, I can't really turn off the mobile authentificator to test with the email one. Sorry.

But, people around here are generally helpful in such cases. Somebody else will most likely help you for this. Wish I could do more but I don't fancy a market hold.
