Steam not processing my purchase and support hasn't responded in 22hrs
So with the recent tennogen market sale I wanted to buy an item to support the game. I was able to add funds to my wallet but everytime I try to check out of the market cart, it redirects me to an error page. I tried it on the website, on different browsers, cleared my cache and tried again, on the app and with different connections but it just doesn't seem to work. I tried to contact support for help but so far I haven't gotten any response yet. Is anyone else facing an issue like it or is it just me ?

Ah, I see. I was hoping for a bit more substance but now I understand the confusion. Not very helpful as far as error goes.
Double check to make sure the game is not region locked for your area. Are you also using a vpn while on steam?

I've purchased from my region before, twice. I'm also not using a vpn

Did you change your name recently on your profile? Or did you purchase alot of gifts recently?

Both of the above scenario's could cause the error. If you change your name, it is a thing steam put in place to prevent scammers to try to scam people. But most people do it now on third party launcher discord.

If you gifted alot recently, it can also cause a lock on your account as it could be steam thinking your laundering money. Again, to prevent scammers. Scammers ruin it for everyone.

If you cannot do it, you might want to contact steam support to find out. ? ?If the previous ticket close you sent to them, you could also be compromised.

Try different browser, preferably clean one (no cookies, no addons, nothing, just fresh newly installed)
