Over a month? That's rather odd. Did you try to contact support?

Initiating a trade reversal will result in a thirty day market cool down. A lot of people who reneged on trades they made during the crash. Are now asking eerily similar questions to yours, and so I must ask did you screw someone over? If so then there is the answer to your question. You wont be allowed to trade for thirty days after the reversal.

Must be a bug with market hold, if thats the case and you are using mobile authenticator contact steam support.

Steam broke the Community Market purchasing system. I've been using it for for almost as long as its been around without an issues. Now when I try to buy a card to complete a badge all it does is send me a bunch of broken confirmation emails that doesn't confirm anything other than the Steam purchasing system is broken. I guess my 25 cent life changing purchase I want to make requires more security checks than most countries in the United Nation uses.
